Big Event in June

13th June 2010 is the day where we have new additions to the Lim's family. My SIL has finally delivered the twin girls... yeap, twins. The girls look so much like their parents, so pretty. A big salute to my sil for managing to carry them to full terms. No an easy task. Now we can all doll up the girls and Jon can play with them and become their big brother. LOL

I am trying to teach Jon not to be camera shy... and must learn how to pose and say cheese!

Whenever we say Hello Jon Jon.. he will say Hello Thomas.

We try to make fun time to teach Jon any new things. Even he knows what are shapes, we will refresh his memory once awhile.

Meet the Teacher Session

We received a note from Jon's school that there will be a Meet the Teacher Session to discuss Jon's development.

Below are the comments from his teachers:

• Jon is a very smart boy: During snack time, he would bring his bag instead of his snackbox and water bottle beside him. It will save more time to keep going back to take snackbox follow by water bottle. Smart move.
  
• He is among the top to recognise Alphabet (A-Z) and numbers (1-10). Our efforts paid off. We spent alot of time teaching him that. hehehehe
  
• His motor skills is on par with his age.
  
• He is super lazy and stubborn: He refused to pick up anything that he dropped on the floor and will scream or yell for others to pick up for him. Sometimes he will refused to take off his own shoes. (Teachers will just ignore him whenever he does that).
  
• Due to his lazyness, he also refused to talk. He will just scream to get his things done. He knows the word but just refuse to talk.
  
• There is a girl classmate who simply adores him. She will sits beside him and help him do anything. LOL
  

So we need to help Jon improve his weakness during the June school hols.

Beep Beep.. here comes Thomas

It has been almost 1 year since Jon was exposed to Thomas the train. Suddenly he just went crazy over it. Everywhere he goes, he will carry his fav Thomas. There is around 10 Thomas train at home now. Even his fav Mickey has to give way to his new fav Thomas now.
