Another round of baking for the Pineapple tarts. But I decided to shape it differently using the clove.

Lunar New Year Cookies 2011 - Homemade Honey Cornflakes
Beside the pineapple tarts, you will always find this honey cornflakes in my place. Lets see if you can spot the different between 2010 version and 2011 version.
Lunar New Year 2011 - Homemake Pineapple Tarts
Hop Hop Hop... Here comes the Lunar Rabbit. With less than 10 days to the Lunar New Year, everybody is super busy with spring cleaning and also home made cookies. I am no different and in fact, I did something more different. Feeling more confient, I am selling my pineapple tarts (super buttery and melts in the mouth) @xx cents each. If you are interested, please drop a message at the shoutbox.
I would say that I have gain more experience compared to 2010 Pineapple tarts which took me 4 hours just to bake 5 bottles. As this round I managed to bake 12 bottles in 5 hours. hehehe

Back to School
It is first day of school for Jon and he has a new set of uniform. He is really really reluctant to wear it.

Family Portrait
Taking a family picture with a kid in tow is not an easy task. The photographer must be fast and able to capture the kid's attention. So salute to the photographer who managed to help us take such a nice family picture. And not forgetting to wish my sister-in-law and Richard to have a wonderful wedding ahead.

Wedding Bells in Dec
It seems that December was really a hot month to get married. I had 3 wedding invitations (Sister-in law's and 2 buddies) in that month. Beside the weddings, I was busy planning and preparing for the annual Christmas Day Lunch for the family and close friends. Did not manage to take any pictures for all the events above as I was the maid of honour or too busy preparing the food.
So to all my friends out there... Merry Christmas and a Happy 2011 new year!
