There are so many prams and strollers around but which is the best? No right or wrong. Is actually the user preferences. Some likes light weight and can bring up the bus. Some with cars will prefer more heavy duty. Hence we have 2 strollers at home now.

Renewal of Passport

We received a letter for Jon to renew his passport. Jon had his 1st passport when he was 2 months old. Taking passport pictures was never easy be it 2 months old or 5yrs old. It took awhile to get some nice pictures of him and at the same we took some candid shots of him too.



Dentist Visit Part 2

Another visit to the Dentist to fix his other cavities but unfortuantely he refused to open his mouth big. Guess he is too scare now. Hence the dentist managed to polish his teeth and there will be part 3 visit.

Ambitions

What was your ambition when you were young? Policeman, Fireman or model? Everybody has ambitions, be it young or old.

Jon's Amibitions :

1st Ambition :
Mummy : What do you want to be when you grow up?
Jon: Doctor!
Mummy : Why you want to be doctor? Because doctor can make us be healthy.

2nd ambition :
Mummy : What do you want to be when you grow up?
Jon : Lawyer
Mummy : Why? No answer.. but I think it is because he likes to argue.

I like to take pictures for both Jon and Annie. But you seldom see me taking my own pictures. Not that I do not like it but because I am always behind the camera. But once in awhile, I do cam whore with them. This time is with mummy and daughter cam-whore time!

New Playground

A new playground is finally completed at my mum's place. Instead of a plain patch of grass, town council replaced it with a big playground and exercise corner. Kids love it! Jon and Annie will go to the playground every evening to play.

** how come I don't have?!?! **

Hand Foot Mouth Disease

No matter how much we try to avoid HFMD... Jon still succumb to it. He started it with a mild fever and as HFMD was at the peak, we spent no efforts to bring him to the doctor. Initial checked was he had tonsil infection and had infected his left ear. Doc warned us that he may have high fever later. Soon enough, despite taking panadol, his fever was still a yo-yo, always hovering around 37.x to 38.0c. He refused to eat or drink milk and only accept water. He also refused his fav - ice cream, ice bar and yoghurt. After a few days, ulcers broke up in his mouth. Brought him to the doc and was diagnosed with HFMD!!  Thanks to my sister who took care of him while we were at work. Both of them became good friends overnight. After a week, he was recovered. He lost around 2 kg during this period. But he can afford to lose the kgs. LOL

Jon 1st Visit to the Dentist

We need to prepare him for it. Told him what will the dentist do and how to react and how to open his mouth to avoid all the screaming and kicking in the treatment room. After the preparation work, Jon was looking forward the it. In fact he was such a good boy. No kicking or screaming. But a big hole in the pocket for us. Jon has 4 cavities!!!

Yes.. I can!

Look mummy.. I can stand! At 7months old, Annie is able to stand on her own. Really smart girl. She will grab whatever she can find and stand up. And she seems to be really happy and proud of her achivements. At the same, she has perfect her leopard crawl now. She can roams the house by herself.
