Family Christmas Lunch

We always have lunch on Christmas day. So this year is not exception. Our lunch will always consists of our fav food.

Christmas Lunch Menu (for 9 people) :

• Coleslaw
• Fresh greens salad
• Home-made egg & potato salad
• Pepper-corn Ham
• Honey baked Ham
• Roast Beef
• Mum's speciality --> Roast Pork
• Grilled butter pepper prawns
• Wholegrain wrap
• Log cake
• Ice Cream
• Freshly cut mangoes

We prepared the food in the morning and bought all the cold cuts from cold storage on christmas eve. Once the food is ready, everybody including Jon will sit together and eat together. Its not very easy to eat together as everybody is working. And we will comments what is nice.. what is not and what food should not be prepared next year... etc. Its really a family meal.
